Start SharePoint Application pool from command line

To do this, the following line needs to be run. Please note that it's important
1) don't have space between column and app pool'
s name
2) Quote the name of the application pool

%windir%\system32\inetsrv\appcmd start apppool /apppool.name:"SharePoint - 80"
